
Cheesemakers of Canterbury was first established in 2007 making the award winning Ashmore Farmhouse cheese, collecting milk from Petham and as other cheeses developed from single specialist farms.

The cheeses are handmade at Hastingleigh and Dargate using traditional methods.
There are now 14 different cheeses, made from cows, sheeps, goats milk, hard and soft, pasteurised and raw.

Also we now make our own butter, chutneys and chilli jams.

Our main outlets are The Goods Shed in Canterbury or at our dairy in Dargate local farmshops and independant food shops.
